The koulouri shop of Giagia-Lena (i.e. Stelios Raptis), though on wheels, is situated always at the same spot on the pavement of Tsimiski str. The business will celebrate its twentieth anniversary in 2018, but, to be clear, this article is not advertising, it is a motet to Greek ingenuity. Stelios has an expanded view of how koulouri should be served. Among others you will find koulouri with olives, tahini and honey, with dark or white or milk chocolate, with spicy cheese and also melted cheese. Be brave!
